Who We Are: The Parish Council is a group of 9 parishioners who, with the Pastor, serve in leadership of the Parish to promote and support the Parish Mission Statement, the gospel message, Christian values and the Mission of the Church.

What We Are About: We aid in the establishment of policies and procedures relevant to the operation of the Parish; we work to create and maintain vehicles of communication between the Parish and the membership of the Parish and to define the needs of the Parish.

What We Do: The Council researches the needs, the ideas and the hopes of the faith community, encourages and supports existing ministries; evaluates the quality of life of the parish faith community; and plans for the parish’s future by recommending policies, procedures and programs that will implement its values and fulfill the Church’s mission. We work to unify the goals of each parish organization through their liaison with one of the four Parish Council Commissions (Education, Parish Life, Human Concerns, and Spiritual Life).

Who We Serve: We serve the entire Parish family, and support the leadership of all parish organizations.

We Meet on the 3rd Wednesday of every month (except July), in the Rectory Meeting Room from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM. All parishioners are welcome to attend meetings.

We Welcome interested candidates who have already served within one of our parish organizations and would like to share in the pastoral life of the parish under the leadership of Father Larry. Three seats open up on the Council each year, and positions are filled through a process of discernment.
