Youth | Children's Choirs -  Polish Children's Choir & Youth Choir

 

SS. Cyril and Methodius Parish has a place for everyone to share their musical gifts with God and our community. Below is more detailed information about our children's choirs.  For more information and/or to become involved in any of our music ministries, please contact our Director of Music, Miroslawa Sojka-Topor, by calling the rectory at 630-257-2776 or e-mail: musicmin@stcyril.org.

Youth Choir

  • Open to students in the 3rd through 12th grade (2nd graders may join if they have an older sibling who also sings in the choir)

  • Rehearsals are 45 minutes prior to the Mass for which they sing. (September – May)

  • Sings twice a month (September – May) and on occasion for other special liturgies as needed

  • Please contact our Music Director, Mira at musicmin@stcyril.org for a schedule.

Polish Children's Choir

  • Open to children who can sing in Polish

  • Rehearses weekly on Tuesdays from 6:00 to 6:45 p.m. (September – June)

  • Sings at mass every second and forth Sunday of the month (September – June)
